PARISH PURPOSE/MISSION STATEMENT
We are a vibrant and faith filled community driven by the Spirit to welcome all to Christ. Our mission is to grow in our Roman Catholic Faith and to reach out to help each other and the larger community by using our individual gifts through fellowship, prayer, and the Corporal and Spiritual Works of Mercy. In this way we proclaim the Gospel in the spirit of faith, hope and charity, through worship, ministry and outreach to those in need.

Priority #1 Goals Ongoing Personal Conversion
1. Achieve 15% increase in overall liturgical participation over a three-year period at each worship site, measured by attendance at Mass, Sacraments, Faith Formation activities and Ministries.

2. Provide two additional opportunities or events per parish to inviteenhanced prayer, faith formation and personal spiritual growth.

Priority #2 Goals Engagement and Community
1. Institute "Welcome Back" to church campaign after pandemic for parishioners, lapsed Catholics, and community. (June 2022)
2. Hold "Name Tag Sunday" events at each church once a year. (June 2021)
3. Formalize, strenghen, and coordinate structure, goals and communication of Cluster Commissions. (June 2021)
4. Update Cluster data base with an up-to-date registration of parishioners. (2020-2021)
5. Design and implement a cluster-wide communication plan including appropriate technology and other media resources. (2021)
Priority #3 Goals Services and Outreach
1. Educate, inform, and motivate all parishioners about the Works of Merch and opportunities to serve in the cluster and the larger community through 2-3 educational activities per year. (Sept. 2023)
2. Implement Cluster-wide Days of Commmunity Service for each parish. (No later than 2023)
3. Establish and train Ministry Teams for the sick and homebound. (Sept. 2021)
